Mid Season - $1,085+tax / full week
High Season - $1,225+tax/ full week

$165 per night (plus Florida tax)
High Season
June, July, August,
December 20th through January 7th,
2nd and 3rd week of February,
Easter, and Thanksgiving week
$185 per night (plus Florida tax)
All prices on this list exclude sales tax which will be required. A $300 security/breakage deposit is required with the last payment. This deposit is fully refundable after management inspects the home. Pool heat is available at an additional charge of $30/per night. For less then 7 day stays there is a $75.00 cleaning charge. You must be 21 years of age to rent this home. Valid ID may be required.
