| Happy's Villa is a vacation home located in Indian Creek, Florida. It's 5 minutes from Disney and has many other attractions close by. It works much like a 5 star hotel. The exception being that it's a house in which you have privacy with your friends and family. And it costs hundreds of dollars less then a good hotel to stay at Happy's Villa. Return to top | |

| You can check the availability calendar to see what dates aren't already reserved. Then go to our reserve page in which there's a form for you to fill out and send to us with your reservation request. We will do our best to accommodate your requested dates. | Happy's Villa sleeps up to 12 people: Two in each master suite which have king sized beds, two in the third bedroom which has a queen sized bed, two in the fourth and fifth bedrooms which have two twin beds, and two in the great room on the pull out sofa bed. Return to top | |

| A $250.00 deposit will hold your reservation. We will hold your reservation for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. After receipt of the deposit, a confirmation will be mailed to you regarding dates, the amount due, and date the final balance is due. | While we know that guests treat rental homes with extreme care, accidents do happen and things get broken. The security/breakage deposit is for such an event. This deposit is fully refundable unless something is damaged. If after inspection of the home determines that nothing is damaged, lost/gone, or broken your security deposit will be sent back to you by mail promptly. Return to top | |
